Question: Can another Distributor share a room with me? If so, how do I register them?
Answer:
Yes, up to 4 Distributors may share a room with each other, however only one Distributor can register with the room, so one of you must choose who will make the room reservation. That person receives the discounted registration price, and in the space provided during that part of the registration process, they will list who will be in their roommates. No more than 4 people can share a room. The other person will register with no room, and will have to pay the registration price listed that does not require a room reservation.

Question: Do I have to register with a room reservation?
Answer: No, if you do not want a room reservation, your registration fee will be $125.00 per person until the registration rate increases as the event gets closer. After our 600th registration is entered, the registration fee will be $150.00 then $200 at the door.

Answer:Yes, your card will be charged upon submitting your registration. All charges are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Question: If I'm driving to the meeting, do I need to register online?
Answer: Yes. All program materials are generated from the registration process as well as group counts for special events.

Question: If I did not receive a registration confirmation, what should I do?
Answer: If you did not receive a confirmation email after completing the registration process, it is very likely that you did not complete all required fields on the registration form. You will need to re-visit the website and complete the registration. Question: Is it too early to book my travel for the event in February?
Answer: Rates are subject to today's availability. Each airfare booked may differ from week to week based on availability. 14 days in advance is the best way to ensure the lowest price.

Question: Once I book my ticket, can I change it?
Answer: Yes. However you are responsible for any "change fees", as well as the difference in the price of the ticket at the time of the change.




Question: Can I call the hotel myself and make a reservation and still be part of the XELR8 event?
Answer: No, you will not receive the corporate negotiated group rate, nor will you receive any of the registration packet information and event pass.

Question: Can I book my travel with a Discount service such as Travelocity or Expedia?
Answer: Yes, but DO NOT book your hotel with this service. Once you do this, we will not be able to transfer it over so you can be part of the XELR8 Event.




Question: If I have 2 people in my distributorship, do I register both of us at the same time?
Answer: YES, you will need to enter your Co-Applicant information in the Co-Applicant field. If your spouse or other guest is not part of your distributorship (i.e. listed as your co-applicant) register them in the field provided for those types of guests. Each Distributor may register up to 4 guests. If you register your Co-Applicant as a guest instead of a Co-Applicant, call customer service to have it corrected. Co-Applicants will not receive Event Materials unless then are registered correctly.
