Rank Qualification Event Incentives
Qualification Period:           8-1-09 to 1-31-10* (except as noted under the Drive to Diamond Event Promotion)

Who can Participate:        All XELR8 Directors & above who meet the Qualification Guidelines listed below and are present at the BAZI Las Vegas Power Summit 2010 event.

Exclusive CEO Cocktail Party:
Rank advance to Executive or above and receive an invitation to the Exclusive CEO Cocktail Party being held at the new SkyBar Las Vegas.  Boasting some of the finest views of Las Vegas, Skybar, an open air, trendy pavilion perched above the Hard Rock Pools, and is the spot for the hottest Las Vegas nightlife. Following the sophistication of the Skybar brand, Skybar Las Vegas includes the standing tradition of Innovative Cuisine, Outstanding Service, First Class Entertainment all in a “Top of the World” Atmoshpere. XELR8 has booked the Skybar for a private and exclusive CEO Cocktail Party that is by invitation only.  Be among the leaders who will enjoy this evening of dinner & drinks on Friday, February 19th, after we welcome the masses to the Bazi Las Vegas Power Summit 2010.

Drive to Diamond Event Promotion:
XELR8 will match the new Fast-Track Bonus paid for Highest NEW Rank Advancement Achieved between August 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009, provided the Distributor remains qualified at that highest rank for two of the three subsequent months (November 2009, December 2009, and/or January 2010). Applicable and available to NEW Directors and above (see table below).

*Advancement period for Drive to Diamond Promotion: Race to your highest NEW rank between August 2009 and October 2009.

Maintenance period: Remain qualified at (or above) that highest new rank for at least two of the three months, November 2009 through January 2010.

*Must hold/maintain the highest new rank for two of the three months (November 2009, December 2009, and/or January 2010). **Qualified recipients must be registered for and in attendance in person at XELR8’s Las Vegas Power Summit 2010 Las Vegas event.  “Drive to Diamond” Bonuses are neither additive nor cumulative; only the bonus associated with the highest new rank achieved and maintained will be awarded. Qualification is based on the rank requirements as defined in the XELR8 Compensation Plan. Should XELR8 determine a Distributor has attempted in any way to defraud the promotion (by manipulating enrollments, orders, or AutoShip dates/cancellations, or by any other means), then XELR8 reserves the right to disqualify the Distributor and/or retract and draw back any and all bonuses, and take any other corrective measure it deems appropriate. Any new ranks achieved by virtue of volume moved in association with an approved Sponsor change will be paid through the XELR8 Compensation Plan as usual; however, the Fast-Track, Matching Fast-Track, and any related Drive to Diamond bonuses will not be paid for those new ranks.
